they've had my device since the 7th of…
My device has been with them since the 7th of last month. They informed me that they were unable to proceed with the repair due to the lack of available parts. As a solution, they offered an "advanced exchange" option for a fee of $1.00. I agreed and paid the invoice, however, I was mistakenly charged $990.00 instead. i have initiated a consumer complaint with the federal trade commission, the washington attorney general, and have initiated a chargeback for all pertinent websitelinkblocked individuals are absolutely disgusting and extremely egregious, they're clearly taking advantage of people.

I've had amazing experiences with Samsung Care+ on two separate occasions. When I accidentally dropped my phone and cracked the back, I was relieved to easily file a claim through Samsung Care+ and schedule an appointment with ubreakifix. I was pleasantly surprised to have my phone replaced on the same day. i, unfortunately dropped my phone again, and this time i cracked my front websitelinkblocked again, i was able to submit my claim through samsung care+ with ubreakifix and was able to get it replaced the same day because they had the part in stock.i haven't had any bad experiences and the money i paid for my samsung care+ was worth it.
terrible experience
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the insurance company. After paying $159 for their insurance plan, I filed three separate claims, all of which were unsuccessful. The representatives I spoke with had poor communication skills, and as a result, I ended up having to pay an additional $160. Not only that, but my claim was also delayed by 48 hours. It was a frustrating experience overall, and I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. every step was unpleasant and unprofessional. they literally have one service and they failed miserably at it. after they replied to this review i sent a letter to their support email and they replied with a copy-paste portion of their terms and websitelinkblocked help was provided.
2 weeks to clear up my claim and get it…
I waited patiently for 2 weeks for my claim to be processed and sent to the service center. Unfortunately, there was no compensation offered for the delay, and I received no communication once the issue was finally resolved. i had to continually call and find out what was going on. once the service center received the the claim it only took them 90 minutes to fix the device and they were great.
cradle of idiocy
I had a frustrating experience dealing with customer service in India. Despite filing a claim twice, I encountered technical issues that prevented them from paying the store to fix my device. It felt like a cradle of idiocy, and I hope to avoid similar situations in the future. you can never get a hold of a manager or supervisor even with a ticket number it's total lunacy. edit: you give samsung a bad reputation and a bad name do them a favor and cancel the contract you have with websitelinkblocked're a terrible company.
absolute horrible experience
My experience was absolutely terrible. There was very little communication with the repair device, causing the process to take a frustrating two months. I had to constantly reach out to push the repair forward, with little progress on their end. I paid for two months of Samsung Care along with an "accidental damage" fee, but received no explanation or documentation as to why. It was a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience overall. the company should be ashamed of itself for charging their customers without reason and taking so long.i still haven’t even recieved an apology email or any communication and has made me a lifelong supporter of any brand that isn’t samsung.i will be seeing legal action as well with how i was treated and charged without any rhyme or websitelinkblocked by the service provided and this is not how customer care should be handled.i’m just happy i never have to deal with this company or service ever again because even if my device has issues, i’d gladly rather throw it in the trash then to send it to you people once more.
this company is a scam
I am disappointed with the service provided by this private insurance company connected with Samsung Care+. The experience has been a nightmare. My previous screen fix claim from December 2022 is still open, even though I have already paid and fixed it, so the case should have been closed long ago. Now, my Flip4 screen has cracked again (I do not recommend buying fold or flip phones as they crack too often), but I cannot start a new claim until the previous case is closed. I have reached out multiple times through email regarding my claim reference number #laqangchvbxx, but no one has responded. It is frustrating that my concerns are not being addressed. and 6mo ago fist experience with them was nothing better either. servify is a scam company avoid! if samsung continues to use servify more people will leave to apple.
nightmare
It was a frustrating experience dealing with Asurion/uBreakiFix and Servify for a whole week just to get a basic screen repair done due to a pesky green line. The repair numbers were constantly mismatching, causing unnecessary delays and headaches. ended up just sending the phone back to servify. samsung has lost my trust by switching to this company for insurance.
for 3 days kept being put on hold
After experiencing three frustrating days of being repeatedly placed on hold and ultimately getting disconnected after spending four or five hours on the phone with various representatives, I made the decision to return my phone to Samsung for repair. The service center determined that my phone needed to be replaced, and Samsung has agreed to try and resolve the issue. For assistance, please contact 919-369-3095.

The technician was fantastic. The service was flawless, and my device was repaired to look and operate like brand new.
samsung warranty passed the buck to servify
I was extremely impressed with the exceptional job done by the repair facility, ubreakifix. Unfortunately, the repair process was somewhat complicated due to misunderstandings with the Samsung warranty and Servify. Despite the confusion, ubreakifix handled the repair with utmost professionalism and skill, leaving me completely satisfied with the results. for some reason i had to intervene because a warranty repair still required servify involvement simply because the phone had coverage. in my opinion, samsung should have managed the entire transaction under its own roof as a warranty issue.

It took just a minute for the necessary part to arrive, but throughout the process, everyone we encountered was exceptionally courteous, respectful, and helpful. The job was completed to our utmost satisfaction.
servify is a scam
I cannot emphasize this enough: do not buy Samsung Care+. Despite the promises of fast care and refunds for deductibles, they have failed to deliver. Their email responses are slow, only once a day, and the phone support team is unhelpful with long wait times. i am so close to leaving samsung forever just because of how poor this experience has been. *update after business response: no resolution or refunds have been provided to websitelinkblocked have been made and unfulfilled several times.i have finally cancelled my coverage and will work hard to get the refunds i rightfully deserve.
