terrible experience
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from the insurance company. After paying $159 for their insurance plan, I filed three separate claims, all of which were unsuccessful. The representatives I spoke with had poor communication skills, and as a result, I ended up having to pay an additional $160. Not only that, but my claim was also delayed by 48 hours. It was a frustrating experience overall, and I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. every step was unpleasant and unprofessional.
they literally have one service and they failed miserably at it.
after they replied to this review i sent a letter to their support email and they replied with a copy-paste portion of their terms and websitelinkblocked help was provided.
