My device has been with them since the 7th of last month. They informed me that they were unable to proceed with the repair due to the lack of available parts. As a solution, they offered an "advanced exchange" option for a fee of $1.00. I agreed and paid the invoice, however, I was mistakenly charged $990.00 instead. i have initiated a consumer complaint with the federal trade commission, the washington attorney general, and have initiated a chargeback for all pertinent websitelinkblocked individuals are absolutely disgusting and extremely egregious, they're clearly taking advantage of people.
