cradle of idiocy
I had a frustrating experience dealing with customer service in India. Despite filing a claim twice, I encountered technical issues that prevented them from paying the store to fix my device. It felt like a cradle of idiocy, and I hope to avoid similar situations in the future. you can never get a hold of a manager or supervisor even with a ticket number it's total lunacy.
