the connection is excellent
The internet connection is top-notch. Whenever we have encountered issues with our modem, they are quickly resolved with a simple phone call. call back system means no waiting on hold, and the help staff are fantastic, and onshore. the best internet provider i have had, and i will stick with them.

I have been a loyal customer of Internode for quite some time now, and I must say that I have always been impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of their technical and support staff. They communicate clearly and have a knack for explaining things in a way that I can easily understand. One standout feature of Internode's service is their callback system. If they are unable to assist you right away, they offer to call you back so you don't have to wait on hold. This level of customer care is truly appreciated and sets them apart from other providers. reliable and helpful team
We have been loyal customers of Internode for our family's broadband and mobile services for many years. Their affordable prices, excellent customer service, and dependable follow-up have kept us satisfied and loyal to their company. i’ve always found the customer service team polite and helpful. the call back service is also excellent.
great service to date
We signed up for NBN services with Internode while we were in quarantine, and we were impressed with their helpfulness. They followed through on their promise to call us back promptly. tech support was super helpful in walking me through set up with our own websitelinkblocked't had any problems yet.
no mobile phone, no internode account access
Yesterday, when I tried to log into my account, I received a notification stating that the mobile number listed on my account was missing or invalid. The message instructed me to contact customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, I do not own or use a mobile phone. I was informed that, due to security reasons, I would no longer be able to access my Internode account without a mobile phone, and there was nothing that could be done to change this. Having been a loyal Internode customer for more than 20 years, I am disappointed to see a decline in their level of service. I used to speak highly of Internode to others, but it seems that they are now only interested in customers who meet their specific criteria. i now have the serious inconvenience of having to change service websitelinkblocked i could have given zero stars, i would have.

She not only addressed my initial concerns but also helped me overcome my difficulty in following simple instructions. Fatima's understanding and helpful attitude made the entire experience much smoother and more enjoyable. how lovely it is to be treated nicely

Since the early days of dial-up internet, I have been a loyal customer of Internode as my internet service provider. One of the main reasons I have stuck with them is because I appreciate being able to actually speak with a real person when I encounter any issues. I find it frustrating to deal with automated computer voices that often struggle to understand English. The customer service staff at Internode are always friendly, understanding, and patient, which makes me feel valued as a customer. I have no intention of switching to any other provider because of the excellent service I receive from Internode.

I was in need of some technical guidance, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive clear and informative advice. Internode proved to be fair in their services, with good pricing and the added bonus of having calls answered by customer service representatives in Australia.
professional and courteous staff
I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with Internode. I have been a customer for over three years and have consistently received great internet service at a reasonable price. Recently, I had a question and was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of their after-sales service team. When I called about connecting a new device, both the sales and technical support teams were helpful and knowledgeable. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from a company. they were so helpful and it turns out the problem was at my end and the internet speed provided by internode was perfect, it was just i needed a wifi extender which solved the problem websitelinkblocked was a great customer experience and i would recommend internode.
i am an internode customer
I am currently an Internode customer and unfortunately experienced a disruption in my service on Monday, November 30, 2020. I reached out to their customer service team three times but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue. This was especially frustrating as my wife was in the middle of an online course that was interrupted due to the service disruption. people who booked for the course took leave for the course.i am on a 24/7 back up for lab results or any emergency, online. we were told an nbn person will come on wednesday, internode has no back up support service, on calling their phone numbers all answering options are for sales and pay bills, have to struggle to fit in to some option to lodge complaint about internet service websitelinkblocked thrice service not restored. i contracted a service pack of 48mbps but it always has been around 20 to 28 mbps on service speed websitelinkblocked had such service who take no responsibility to get your service restored once your are bought out custmoer, thereafter its your bills paid a concern, none else. dr shahid amin, internode customer. i would rate their service as the worst i had from any providers.
i rang internode because my internet failed.
I called Internode when my internet suddenly stopped working overnight. James from Internode spent almost half an hour assisting me in getting back online. This level of customer service is quite different from my experience with Telstra, who took over a year to address my issue and ultimately just replaced my modem. I give Internode a perfect score of ten out of ten for their prompt and effective assistance.

The staff at the company were incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all to speak with someone, and they were able to solve my NBN relocation issue in just one call. absolutely poor service
I had a terrible experience with Internode's customer service. After paying our monthly bill, we received a notice claiming we still owed $239. When we called to inquire about the discrepancy, the representatives we spoke to were extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend Internode to anyone looking for reliable service. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a lasting impression on me.

internode redeeming itself
I recently had a negative experience with Internode on 28th November and felt compelled to leave a review. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out to them the next day and only had to wait 15 minutes before being able to speak with someone. I even had the option to receive a call back, which made the process much smoother. The initial issue was resolved promptly, and the customer service representative took my feedback about the previous night's service seriously. They assured me that they would pass on my concerns to the technical department to prevent similar issues from happening to others in the future. Overall, I appreciated the quick response and effort to address my concerns. call from customer service person a day or so later to apologise and assure me my complaint had been taken seriously and they hoped experience would not be repeated. i was pretty impressed by their response and prepared to give them another chance.

As someone who struggles with technical issues, I appreciated her ability to explain things clearly, even when I was feeling frustrated. I recently switched to Internode from a major telecommunications company for my NBN internet service, and I couldn't be happier. The customer service is outstanding - calls are answered promptly and any issues are resolved in just one call. It's a breath of fresh air compared to my previous provider. i had a recent query and it was completely solved within 4 minutes - how good is that? called regarding swapping mobile service - again a very friendly conversation without any pressure. procedure for swapping clearly explained. after my experience with a large telco to determine intermittent internet service, internode is such a pleasant experience.

terrible internet speed
The internet speed is unbearable, we're lucky if we can even watch a YouTube video. It's painfully slow to load a simple Facebook page or even run an internet speed test. It's frustrating to feel like we're not getting what we're paying for. The burden is now on us to prove that we're not getting the speed we deserve.

After selling our house, I had to arrange for the cancellation of our broadband internet service. Thankfully, the process was quick and easy over the phone, with no long wait times!
