no mobile phone, no internode account access
Yesterday, when I tried to log into my account, I received a notification stating that the mobile number listed on my account was missing or invalid. The message instructed me to contact customer service for assistance.
Unfortunately, I do not own or use a mobile phone. I was informed that, due to security reasons, I would no longer be able to access my Internode account without a mobile phone, and there was nothing that could be done to change this.
Having been a loyal Internode customer for more than 20 years, I am disappointed to see a decline in their level of service. I used to speak highly of Internode to others, but it seems that they are now only interested in customers who meet their specific criteria. i now have the serious inconvenience of having to change service websitelinkblocked i could have given zero stars, i would have.
