Very inconsiderate and poor customer care!
I needed a new vape and I thought I should give ecigs a try as I have heard a lot about them and I felt they could cater to what I am looking for. There was an overcharge as well as the wrong delivery of vape. I have been trying to get a refund as well as the right vape but all that has not prevailed and I just feel they are not taking me serious as I was their first time customer. They are not considerate at all. Their bad service was a big inconvenience and really did cost me a lot.
