we ordered a refurbished iphone from smarter. it came and worked for about a week. they agreed to replace it so we sent it back. it took about a month of hassling them to get the replacement sent out, which worked for about a week again then failed. they have refused to change it or refund us and have stopped returning our calls and emails. i’d never buy from them again.
