received iphone x man refurb and it has a major problem. good luck getting ahold of these jokers ! hopefully apple can fix this hunk o junk. $550 wasted. shoulda bought a new one. odds are about 50/50 with this company. either you get a great one, or flawed one and it's on you to fix. no garauntees
