your online information need. poor and disceptive advertizing
I recently had the experience of trying to redeem a 10% discount for my first online order using the code "first," but unfortunately, the discount was not applied at checkout. Disappointed, I reached out to corporate customer service for assistance, but unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue.
They did inform me that I could still use the code "first" for future orders, but the initial discount was not able to be applied retroactively. I was a bit frustrated by the situation, but I am grateful for their willingness to help with future orders. I hope that the online process can be improved in the future to avoid similar issues for other customers. i said sure ok, wink wink, that would be my second order with them not the first order as the coupon discount code represent.
