bad, bad, bad customer service!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed to discover that the product line I purchased from Oia Skin does not have a customer service phone number. Having to rely solely on email communication is frustrating, especially when orders go wrong and you are left without the item you paid for. I purchased an item that stopped showing tracking updates after the 12th day since it was shipped. It wasn't until April 22nd that tracking updates started showing progress again, and the item was still nowhere near arriving. I have ordered items from China before and received them much sooner. Considering the high cost of Oia Skin products, I expected better customer service. Despite the potential quality of the product, I am hesitant to reorder and may request a refund instead. Dealing with customer service to get my money back seems like it would be another challenging experience. It is disappointing that a company selling high-end products like Oia Skin does not prioritize customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from Oia Skin. A reputable company should invest in top-of-the-line customer service to enhance the customer experience. Shame on you, Oia Skin company!
