As someone brand new to this process and in need of a platform to store my videos, I was thrilled to find that customer service was readily available through chat. Daniel was incredibly helpful and I can't thank him enough for all of his assistance. not only was he always available but so incredibly patient with my millions of questions (most of which i’m sure were ridiculous) and even reached out to me to be sure i had accomplished what i wanted to get done even while being really overwhelmed.
