they are scammers. i ordered phones from an employee for smarterco and he ran off with the deposit and now the website is down aswell.

received iphone x man refurb and it has a major problem. good luck getting ahold of these jokers ! hopefully apple can fix this hunk o junk. $550 wasted. shoulda bought a new one. odds are about 50/50 with this company. either you get a great one, or flawed one and it's on you to fix. no garauntees

the same here bought iphone 6 plus last year in august it’s been 10 months and 1 week, the phone is not working anymore on normal speaker it works only on the loud speaker, when someone call me i am not able to hear anything only on loud speaker, and we have 12 months warranty, i try to reach them but the company disappeared:(

smarter phone co is the best for less. i haven’t had to use there warranty yet and i’ve bought several phones. bought one that i made a mistake and ordered one that didn’t have enough memory. i explained the misunderstanding and they offered to take it back. a friend bought it instead. however they asked me to send it back without any hesitation. i will continue to use them. most reliable company i’ve bought from. thanks smater. much appreciate doing business with a company that has the best business ethics. donnie register.

they do not assist me in any way. i have ordered a mobile phone with their website and the phone that arrived to me had a lot of problems. in three months none of them helped me.

by far, smarter is the best experience i have ever had when buying a pre-used iphone. everything from accurate descriptions and extremely professional packaging to the fast delivery. for future pre-used apple devices i will choose no other than smarter!

at first i was a little skeptical of the ipad pro i bought, but it was practically brand new and it functions exactly like how i needed it to. they were detailed in shipment details and being on time. will definitely purchase from smarter-phone again!
difficult to to get customer service
it was difficult to reach a customer service person on the phone. i had to wait around 10 minutes more than once just to talk to someone.
the customer service hours were also unpredictable. sometimes i would call and never get an answer even though the website said it was open for phone support.
the customer support person was knowledgeable but not friendly.

headache to return
even tho it was stated phone would work with any service (completely unlocked) it did not work on cellular one. upon calling to return phone there was a slow handling of the matter once phone was returned. from time that it was shown signed for to credit back to my card was almost 3 weeks. i kept getting the same email back that they couldn't get warehouse to locate to confirm. finally after much persistence i was finally credited. the process was handled horribly by the customer service department.

i got my phone 3 days after i ordered it and everything was great!! i would highly recommend ordering a phone from here and i'm glad i didn't let a few sketchy reviews sway me. it's a very good product!

the phone i recieved was as advertised
the phone i recieved was as advertised. no scratches or blemishes and was nicely packaged. the down side was that it was difficult to know what carrier type and what/where the phone could be used. the phone came out of the south pacific (i'm in the usa), so the phone software had to be updated to work in the us and i had to choose a different network carrier then what the website claimed. bottom line the information on the english website is greatly lacking adding to some guessing as to if the phone will work.
