I recently had an experience with a company based in France that offered free delivery across Europe. I needed a replacement screen for an old laptop, and they advertised it as new with a delivery time of 3 to 9 days. I placed my order on May 9th, 2020, and received an email on May 10th with a shipment confirmation and a tracking number. However, I was surprised to see that my screen was actually shipped from California, not from Europe. Despite the promised delivery time, the screen didn't arrive until June 15th, much later than expected. Due to various delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the package spent 10 days traveling around California before spending almost 20 days in transit from LA to Milan. It then took another 10 days to cover the distance from Milan to my home, which is only about 150 miles away. When the screen finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was faulty. There were multiple patches of visible discoloration, indicating that it was not a new screen as advertised but possibly a refurbished item. Based on my experience, I would advise others to steer clear of this company.
