i had a problem with the grip, quick customer service and they understood perfectly, they refunded me for the grip and gave me a coupon!

i had to make a change to the delivery address as i had not put in my unit number. i wrote an email to rhinoshield support about this. and they helped to update my address very quickly.

i ordered a solidsuit case from them to give it a try. i've tried so many cases for my samsung s22 and the only good ones were plain, dark colors. i tried fun prints from two different brands and the cases were cute but one started wearing out very quickly and added too much bulk to the phone, while the other was way too slippery. so at that point i was jaded but thought, let me try rhinoshield, and if it's not good, i'll stick to boring black brand name cases. the first solidsuit case i ordered was really nice. fit great. the buttons are very easy to press and the shape makes it easy to feel which is the power and which is volume. after my excellent experience, i decided to order custom printed cases for myself and my family members. some reviews say the custom printing quality is bad. let me say that i can read words on my custom phone case that are less than 1mm tall. i printed an old train map and i can read the names of the stations. the case is lightly textured so what people are complaining about is probably the texture making the image appear frosted from up close. one of my custom cases was pixel-perfect, printed exactly the way i designed it. it took me a long time to get everything positioned perfectly on the online creator and i was worried it would not come out that way but it was perfect. the other case had the image shifted 1mm to the right. very minor discrepancy but it made a difference on this particular case (showed a line that was supposed to be left out). i contacted rhinoshield and they immediately offered to replace it for free. wow! another complaint i see here is long shipping. yeah, it takes them a while. they ship to the us from overseas. people are spoiled by amazon's next day shipping, lol.
