been using rhinoshield for 5+ years now. never had any problems with them or the products, and the customer support is 10/10. would (and do) recommend them to everyone!

fast & responsive. requested a change to my order outside of normal business hours and received a response that the change had been successfully made within an hour.

amazing products, amazing customer service, quick replies, very detailed and thoughtful, they make you feel that they want to help you anyway that they could.

my camera protector had broken shortly after i got it. not sure if it was me or them but they were quick to help me sort it out and send me a free replacement. great customer service 10/10 will shop again

i messaged customer service because i believe i slightly damaged my iphone case unintentionally due to be following an old rhinoshield tutorial on how to apply a camera ring accessory. the customer service person (jonathan) was exceptional and sent me a link with a full new order for completely no extra charge. i'm very pleased to see that you get an experience like this when deciding to spend a few extra euros for acquiring a new phone case!

i had a problem with my delivery so i reached out to the customer service. i was helped quickly and the solution for the problem was resolved sooner than i expected.

i’m a first time buyer of rhinoshield products. i had done a lot of research and decided their products were among the best in terms of security, price/value and overall quality. i found their solid suit case and screen protector for my iphone 14 to be terrific. the only negative i have about the case is that it could be a little more rounded for comfort especially where the cutouts are at the bottom. and the screen protector is a little grainy but i got the matte finish so i am ok with the trade off between glare and grainy. now for the bad… i found the iphone back protector and the apple watch protector to be extremely poor in terms of installation. the adhesive on the back protector didn’t come off and it ended up being such a pain that i created too many bubbles and kinks in the protector. the apple watch protector is very similar - extremely difficult to put on. these were so bad that i ended up throwing these items out. i sent my concerns to rhino’s customer care team and after a few emails, rhino offered to send me replacements for both protectors. i’m sure the install process might suck again but i have to give rhino credit — sending me a couple of items to replace the first ones was a great customer experience. while i have mixed reviews on some of their products i would not hesitate to buy again from them because they showed me how good their customer service is. kudos.

rhinoshield makes an amazing product, i trust these phone case the most out of any i've ever used. i constantly recommend it to everyone i talk to.

i had an issue with my case warping. i emailed support and within 10 minutes a replacement had been issued.

i ordered two cases and 2 lens protectors for my phones and they came in great loved the cases but when i try to put the lens on it seem that it would not attach so i emailed the support team and they were great and even replaced them for free so i loved the service

after placing my order for a customized case my order was cancelled due to a possible copyright infringement. this was not the case so i had to contact them with the copyright information (my chosen image was in the public domain). jonathan handled my complaint and i was very pleased with the timing, jonathan's courteous communications with me, and the promptness at being able to resubmit my order. one thing i will suggest to the company with regards to their ordering procedure (unless it's already there and i missed it): perhaps you might include a field that allows the customer to offer copyright permissions or proof of public domain.

have trusted rhinoshield with protecting my devices since 2016. always fantastic protection, with great communication to boot. proactive and will work with you towards solutions.

after watching the impact screen protector video and after my wife bought one some time ago i expected to receive the same strong rigid plastic screen protector that is portrayed in their video. what i actually got was a flimsy piece of soft plastic that is clearly far cheaper and lower in quality. after discovering this when the installation failed i reached out to customer service for a refund and i have been given a variety of excuses - one of which is that my curved edges requires a different product. however since my wife had a spare older rigid model that we cut to size and works just fine i find this answer suspicious. they are refusing the refund request and will only offer a free replacement which i do not want or need. it appears they have reduced their quality after building up a good reputation. the marketing video still implies that all their impact screen protectors are a hard rigid plastic but what i received was very soft and flimsy. edit: rhinoshield claims the quality and features are not diminished. this is absolutely not true. it is very clear that the two materials are significantly different. i could poke a hole in the flimsy plastic with a pen. not so of the harder plastic. ultimately the website is misleading and the company is refusing to acknowledge that their video implies that all screen protectors are the same strong plastic when they are not. this is untrustworthy behavior. if they we're honorable they would recognize the validity of my claim and issue a refund. but after many requests they still refuse. be warned that you may not get what you expect and will not likely get a refund if that happens.

i ordered the case for my samsung galaxy s23 two weeks ago. they told me that it would take 5 days to send it, and until today it has not arrived. i just tracked the order and they changed the date from today to monday.
